Buzz Setup

Setting up the Aloqa Buzz channel to see your Facebook friends when they are close to you can be done in 3 simple steps:

1. Create an Aloqa Account: If you don’t have an Aloqa account yet, go to Aloqa on your phone, press the "Menu" key. You should see "Register", select that and follow instructions you see to create a new Aloqa account on your phone. Existing registered users should just enter their Aloqa credentials on this page.

2. Connect your Aloqa account with Facebook: Go to http://buzz.aloqa.com and login with your facebook credentials. You will be taken to a page where you enter your Aloqa account credentials you created on the phone in Step 1. above. We will ask you for permission to activate the account and once you grant us that, you will be all set.

3. Invite your friends to connect: Now you will see a list of your Facebook friends on buzz.aloqa.com and you can invite some or all of them to share location information with. Once they accept, you can always see them when they are within proximity.
